Q1. So is there a catch?
A. There isn't one. The lucky winners will receive 1 of 3 luxury flats worth a total value of £835,000 with no mortgage, the stamp duty and legal fees paid for.
Q2. Who can enter the Competition?
A. Anyone who is over the age of 18yrs old.
Q3. Who owns the luxury flats?
A. All three luxury flats are owned by the promoters and this has been substantiated by the solicitor Walker Morris.
Q4. Did the promoter take legal advice on
the competition format?
A. Yes. The promoter has been advised by Andrew Woods of Walker Morris Solicitors, who specializes in gaming law, on the design, structure and content of the prize competition. To comply with the Gambling Act 2005 a prize competition must demonstrate that entrants have used skill, knowledge or judgment in entering the competition or in winning the competition. Q5. How do I enter the prize competition?
A. Click on the ‘Enter Now’ button, look at the
picture and decide where you think the golf ball is. Mark this spot
and have as many goes as you like. Then answer the tie break
question, enter your card details on the ClickandBuy checkout or
simply pay via your credit/debit card
Q6. Will my personal details be passed on to any third parties?
A. No personal details will be passed on to any third parties.
Q7. How do I pay my entry fee?
A. Fees can be paid via ClickandBuy, a payment provider who is regulated by the British Financial Services Authority (FSA). The license from the FSA guarantees the highest standards of quality and security of ClickandBuy products. ClickandBuy’s FSA registration number is 454127. If you don’t have a ClickandBuy account you could either sign-up to one or pay directly via your credit card or debit card.
Q8. What are my chances of winning?
A. We will only take a max of 60,000 entries before closing the competition in order to give away all 3 luxury flats, thus you have 3 chances to win 1 of 3 luxury flats. Your chances of winning is also about your skill and judgment as to where the golf ball lies. If two or more entrants select the same nearest point then our panel of judges (see Q9) will evaluate the tie breaker answers based on the following criteria: 1. Personal thoughts on winning the flat and 2. Creative Flair.
Q9. Who are the judges on the panel?
A. The three judges will all be independent and objective and will be made up of our representatives from the Competition Solicitors being Walker Morris.
Q10. What if I enter more than once?
A. Then your opportunity of winning will be much higher. You may enter as many times as you like.
Q11. Has there been
similar competitions that have completed successfully?

Q12. When will the Competition End?
A. The competition ends 6 months from the commencement of the competition or as extended at the discretion of the promoters or earlier if the maximum number of tickets (60,000) are sold to cover the competition costs (see Q14). If a maximum number of tickets to cover competition costs has not been sold within 6 months the promoter will either extend the deadline by a period of up to 6 months or the winner of the competition will receive a cash prize of all monies received less 35% for the set up and running costs of the competition.
Q13. It is possible for just 1 or 2 luxury flats to be given away if the maximum number of tickets are not sold?
A: Yes, of course. For a detailed
breakdown of how this will be conducted refer to clause 38 of the
terms and conditions.
Q14. Why 60,000 tickets?
A. There are various costs associated with running a competition of this kind. Thus to cover all cost such as the contributions to the Cystic Fibrosis Trust, website development cost, legal and professional fees, marketing fees, payment of stamp duty, bank fees and payment processing fees we are left with enough monies to pay off the remaining mortgages on the 3 luxury flats.
Q15. Will I get a receipt for my entry?
A. Yes you will receive an email receipt with your pixel positions and conformation invoice, whether you pay with ClickandBuy or directly via Credit / Debt card once funds have cleared.
Q16. What does the winner have to pay for?
A. Just the competition entry fee. We are paying the stamp duty and conveyancing costs. All the bills relating to the flat will be paid before the luxury flats are handed over to you. Thus the winners will have a mortgage free, all costs paid luxury flat.
Q17. How is the Winner selected ?
A. After the competition closes the winners will be determined by the closest pixel point to the real position of the golf ball. If there are two or more entrants that have selected the same pixel point then the tie breaker answers provided by the entrants will be judged by our panel of professionals in determining the winners (see Q9)

Q19. When would the winner actually take possession of the flats?
A. After the winner is announced we will need the winners solicitors details to process the change of ownership. These timescales are dependent on how quickly the solicitors work, normally 4 - 8 weeks.
